What is it?
ITSMF UK Workshops provide a grounding in key areas of service management, with a relaxed and interactive format, practical experience-based discussion, and resources for further research.
In this one-day workshop, we look at the role of the catalogue in traditional and emerging service management organisational architectures.

We will consider how to start simply, and offer tips for evolving and continuously improving the catalogue so that your customers know exactly what they should be getting. And you can get a clear picture of your service liabilities and assets.

- Ten things you should know - based on our members’ first-hand knowledge rather than the textbook theory
- Practical case study and knowledge sharing - a chance to examine our detailed case-study and share experiences and war-stories
