If you’re heading to the Service Desk and IT Show (SITS19) in London on 2nd May, itSMF UK have a special invitation for our lead membership contacts.

Please join us for a Meet-up at the Keynote Theatre from 3.30-4.30pm, to find out what we are currently doing for our Corporate and Large Enterprise members. We’d also like to hear about the challenges facing your business, and what more we should be doing to support your service management team.

Leading the Meet-up will be Karen Brusch, Service Design Consultant at Nationwide Building Society and Corporate and Large Enterprise representative on the itSMF UK Board. Karen will be sharing her insights on current trends in ITSM, including the recent ITIL 4 announcements. She will be joined by other members of the itSMF UK Board and operations team, to help make the event as useful and interactive as possible.
