ITIL and Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP)
Has anyone had experience of integrating the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (primarily Annex 11) into existing ITIL processes? Interested to hear what the challenges were and how they were overcome, or if there are any case studies out there
