<description><![CDATA[<p>Is there a communications protocol for Service Management tools to communicate with each other?</p><p>I have 2 tools in use in my organisation and want to me able to pass events and incident data from one to the other. &nbsp;I remember reading about a committee being set up to develop a standard protocol but can't find anything about it on the web now.&nbsp;</p><p>Was I dreaming?</p>]]></description>
