The ITSM Big 4 topics for 2014 - Back to Basics, Skills, Managing Complexity, and ITSM & Agile - have set the agenda for this year's Forum events and activities. But what should we be focusing on in 2015?

Are these still the key issues for your organisation or are there more pressing concerns for service management in the months ahead?

Join our chair John Windebank and vice-chair Rosemary Gurney for a Twitterchat on 15th October at 8.00pm to discuss the Big 4 Agenda for the coming year (remember the hashtag #ITSMBIG4).

If you can't make the Twitterchat, let us know your thoughts here!

After a lot of member engagement through multiple channels and a lot of active conversation at conference (ITSM14 was brilliant btw ... many thanks to everyone that came and contributed!), I was very excited to announce the 2015 Big4 agenda:
* Collaboration
- How does ITSM need to collaborate with others?
* Service management of the future (SMOF)
- What do we need ITSM to look like?
* Capability framework
- What over ITSM capabilities are needed and how do we build it?
* Customer experience
- How do we ensure everything we are doing is relevant and customer driven?

i look forward hugely to the coming weeks as we openly drive the dialogue to move these things forward ... first new Big4 agenda item is next week's twitter chat .... be there - have a voice :)

Great to see all the good discussion in the lead up and during conference on these.
Most important for me - good that itSMF-UK picked them and announced them at conference. This helps to get the big machine rolling and focussing on these things for the next year.
