Hi all,

I'm currently in the process of rolling out a new Incident Management process to the company. Instead of death by PowerPoint I wanted to do something a little more interactive. I wondered if anyone has had any success in delivering new processes like this in the form of a game, task or challenge?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
