Hi all,

I'm looking to explore toolsets that have the capability to create a service catalogue with a service resource calculator underpinning the product and service build?

For example, a customer facing tool that allows for the selection of service products with a build in FTE count per service product. As an example:

Customer selects Incident Management level 1 from Catalogue - Background script calculates standard FTE for Incident Management level 1 - Estimated cost produced for customer.

Hi there,

There are a lot of tools that can potentially do this for you, some with more 'out of the box' enabled functionality than others.

I suggest you use the Gartner and Forrester reports on ITSM Tools to give yourself an idea of the major players in the market and to allow me to remain appropriately agnostic!

I'm happy to have a more specific chat if that would help? Feel free to reply and we can swap contact details!

Cheers,

Nathan
