<description><![CDATA[We are currently working on a project to implement MS Dynamics 365 cloud solution for a number of our&nbsp;businesses.&nbsp; I understand that this is a different approach to the normal service and support and am looking for advice on what to look for in setting up a support model and managing service.&nbsp; I would also like to visit an organisation who are already doing this and see how they have set up support and service for this application.&nbsp; this is really a learning phase that will be followed by looking at vendor support options, COE etc ready for a 2020 go live.]]></description>
