Does anyone have experience of using and adapting the GDS Framework (Government Digital Services) https://www.gov.uk/service-manual   for their service design and service management teams - and how have you found it.  Have you had to adapt it very much, and what benefits have you had out of it?  Also - has it been useful for internal ERP systems (say HR and finance) as well as customer facing services?

Any insights would be much appreciated.

I'm afraid I cannot answer your question but am currently working in the public sector and reference is often made by others to GDS and would be interested in using parts of it which may be of value in the design and support of IT Services.
