<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi everyone,</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We have had Systrack for a little while, but not really used it in anger yet.&nbsp; I am looking for contacts who have used this tool or something similar (Nexthink etc) to build a digtial experience programme, supporting work streams like demand reduction and automation?<br /><br />Anyone got experience of doing something similar or maybe in a similar phase to me and about to embark on a similar journey?<br /><br />No marketing please -&nbsp; We have the services we need, just need to use them to potential!<br /><br /></p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Hi,<br /><br />Apologies for not responding sooner to your question.<br /><br />I was hoping someone with specific experience of SysTrack as input to a digital experience programme would step forward.<br /><br />My experience is limited to tools gathering data on laptop start up times, and limited use of that to target proactive work to fix or replace poor performance. That took data from a range of sources into PowerBI, and built an "IT Healthcheck" that could either be run to self assess the health of your internal IT. So for example the size of mailboxes, start up time of laptop etc with recommended actions for any flagged items.<br /><br />The intention was to get on the front foot with customer facing service managers to promote the use of this and contact those with less healthy items and propose steps to improve. <br /><br />I think what you are looking for is a few steps beyond this...]]></description>
