Has anyone had experience of implementing JSM into their organisation? If so it would be great to understand how that experience went and whether there were any key areas which, in hindsight, could have been more successful? Did you take an 'agile' approach to implementation as Atlassian would suggest and did that work?

E.g. was it critical that all the Services were defined with certain attributes before implementation or could these be added iteratively following implementation?

How about the processes?

How did importing the asset data from another system go?

Questions, questions, questions....

Hi, you can add the Services to the Service Registry as you go. If you want to associate the services with other data and CIs then you can link assets and CIs to the special Services Schema -> Services objects.
