I am working on a project to change the Service Transition teams project management tool from Asana into the ServiceNow Strategic Planning Workspace and Project Workspace over the coming months. I am keen to really think outside the box and not just move our existing processes into a new toolset.

I would love to speak to someone who has done a similar project recently? What worked really well and what big lessons learnt did you have? What is the biggest piece of advise you would give me?
