Does anyone know if this has been done and where the results are - or if I can take it on as a project to establish it.

Does anyone have any back issues - physical copies or PDFs that they can forward to me?

As a community we must have written hundreds of articles - but they're not currently accessible for anyone to reference.

Let's do something to put this right.

I will be moving the back-issues of ServiceTalk across to the new site very shortly for member access (the archive on the old site is still up for a short period at legacy.itsmf.co.uk), but the last 20 issues or so are also available in the ServiceTalk app (iPad/Android) - for which you will need your email address and password servicetalk12
